This service is designed for Ontario businesses that have lost, misplaced, or are unable to access their Company Key. We assist with reviewing the corporation’s registration information, preparing the required details, and completing the process to recover or obtain the Company Key.

What Information Do I Need to Provide?

Please prepare the following:

• Legal Company Name
• Ontario Corporation Number or other available business identification information
• Current Registered Office Address
• Basic information for the corporation’s directors or authorized representatives
• Contact information for receiving correspondence or related documents
• If available, existing corporate documents such as:
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Corporation Profile Report
  • Business Registration Documents
  • Previous Ontario Business Registry correspondence

Additional information may be requested depending on the corporation’s registration status.
