REFUND & FEES POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: [Oct, 2025]

Most products and services provided by Kewang Professional are customised professional services. Due to the customised nature of these services, orders are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed and purchased.

A limited number of services may be eligible for credit refunds instead of monetary refunds, which may be applied toward future services. Eligibility for such credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

For CPA consultation or appointment-based services, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, the service fee will not be refunded.

We kindly ask clients to place orders carefully and respect the valuable and limited time of our licensed CPA professionals.

Kewang Professional reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.

General Policy

All products and services provided by KeWang Professional Inc. are considered final upon purchase or subscription. Due to the nature of administrative, digital, and monthly recurring services, refunds or returns are generally not allowed.

1. Exceptions

Services or products that are already provided, processed, or delivered are not eligible for refund or credit. Monthly recurring services (payroll, bookkeeping, subscription plans) cannot be refunded for partially used months. Any promotional, discounted, or bundled services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for the current month or previous months. Credits, if issued, will follow the Credit Refund Policy above.

 

3. Dispute Resolution

Any questions or disputes regarding refunds, credits, or service delivery should be submitted to KeWang Professional Inc. in writing. We will review each case and respond within 5 business days. 

 

4. Agreement

By purchasing or subscribing to any products or services from KeWang Professional Inc., the client acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

Credit Refunds 

For a limited number of services, KeWang Professional Inc. may, at its discretion, issue a credit in case of service cancellation, non-delivery, or errors.

Important conditions:

  • The credit cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any other person or entity.

  • The credit is valid for future purchases of products or services within KeWang Professional Inc.

  • Some credits must be used within [12 months] from issuance.

  • Credit issuance is determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of KeWang Professional Inc.

Extra Fees Policy

Our quoted fees are based on the information provided at the time of engagement and cover standard services agreed upon in advance.

If additional work is required beyond the original scope, extra fees may apply.

Additional charges may apply in the following situations:

  • Late or incomplete information requiring additional follow-up or adjustments

  • Multiple revisions or re-filings after initial completion

  • Unreported income or missing documents discovered during processing

  • Backdated filings (e.g., multiple years of unfiled tax returns)

  • CRA correspondence support (reviews, audits, or requests for information)

  • Foreign income or asset reporting (e.g., T1135, T1134)

  • Business or self-employment complexities not initially disclosed

  • Urgent / rush requests requiring expedited service

  • RRSP over-contribution initial review: $150

  • T1-OVP: $150/year

  • T3012A: $300

  • T1-OVP + T3012A package: from $500

  • Multi-year complex RRSP case: from $800

  • Incomplete records surcharge: $150 - 300
